Our Purpose

As citizens, it can often seem like we don’t have control over a lot of the systems operating around us. Services like city utilities appear so overarching and out of reach that when something isn’t right we tend feel a little helpless and just hope they repair themselves. However, that distance we feel from those complex structures is often imagined. These are our neighborhoods and as the people that support them fiscally and utilize them daily, we are also the ones responsible for improving them.

These systems rely on our daily interactions with them to provide information about how they’re functioning, so when things aren’t right we need to let someone know. That brings us to the bureaucracy behind these institutions which can make filing a complaint feel impossible or, at the very least, not worth the time.

That’s why we’re here. We want to make it as simple as possible to improve the quality of life in your neighborhood.
